What septic services do you offer?
We handle the full range of residential and commercial septic work across North Georgia: tank pumping at $499, repairs to drain fields, baffles, lines and pumps, complete new-system and drain-field installation, and 24/7 emergency service when a system backs up. Inspections for home sales and peace of mind are $99 within the city of Dahlonega and $199 everywhere else we serve. If you are not sure which service you need, just call and describe what is happening — we will tell you honestly what your system actually requires, even when the answer is that it can wait.
Do you charge by the job or by the hour?
By the job. You get one price before any work starts, and that is the number on your invoice — no hourly meter running, no surprise add-ons once the lid is off. A standard residential pump-out is $499. If something unusual turns up, a hard-to-locate lid, an oversized tank, or heavy sludge, we tell you what it changes before we touch it, never after.
Are you available for emergencies?
Yes. We answer the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, because septic emergencies do not wait for business hours.
